Shipping policy

We ship orders within 3 days from the time the order has been placed Monday - Sunday.  Once the order ships, a shipping confirmation is emailed to you with the tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folders if it is not received in your main email inbox.  

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct before completing your order.  If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage to have it shipped to a new address.  Please note, we are not responsible for orders stolen from your home or out of your mailbox.

Items that are listed as a Pre-Order or under the COMING SOON Tab will be shipped as soon as the item(s) arrive.  Due to COVID-19, there is a delay in shipping. It is taking 7-20 days from the date the item was ordered, to arrive to me from Paparazzi. Once I receive it, it will then be mailed out. If you have a current item and a pre-ordered/coming soon item in the same order, your order will be shipped together when all of the items are in-house.
