Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please contact me within 3 days of when the item was delivered. Send a picture of the broken item to Taylorstrinkets2018@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
If founded that an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified and offered a similar piece as an alternate. If you do not want the similar piece, then you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
